2008 550i sport pack back seat does not fold down?

I try to put a large package in the car today and thinking that the back seat can fold down to give me extra space but couldn't find the latch in the truck or anywhere around the back seat. I even got out the manual but still can't find it. So does 08 550i back seat fold down or not?

+1 with ks...unfortunately fold down rear seats are not a standard option.....
