2007 N52 Spark Plug Torque Spec
Hi All -
I searched and searched (on here, Google, Youtube, etc) and for some reason I cannot locate the spark plug torque spec for my vehicle. (2007 525i I6 N52)
I found it for older models and 530's, but just wanna make sure I have the correct value for my E60 525.
I'm seeing anywhere from 18-23 ft lb's.
Can someone please confirm?

Bentley manual says:
N52 engine use thin walled spark plug socket. If thin walled socket not available, carefully remove slotted ignition coil sleeves from cylinder head cover holes [it looks like a few inch long metal tube down the hole where the spark plug sits].
Remove plug.
Lightly lubricate new spark plug threads with copper-based anti-seize compound.
Plug part number:
N52 - Bosch FR7NPP332, NGK ILZFR6D11
Thread plug by hand before tightening. 23 +/- 3 Nm (18 +/- 2 ft-lb)
Replace slotted ignition coil sleeves if you removed them.
Replace ignition coils.

Thanks TWH! I wasn't sure if the N52 on the 525 vs the 530 had a different head / different torque value. Appreciate your reply! Cheers
