2006 Models & MP3 availability from factory

I'm having issues finding the bulletin that shows that MP3 will be available on 2006 models (from the factory) starting with October builds. Can anyone help me out?
Iceman, do you know if that's legit? I want to order a 2006 530i and my dealer wants to know if it's starting with week 1 of October or maybe like the 3rd week of October.

The factory is currently switching MY. MY06 is starting it's production now.
MP3 will be available with CIP 19, or CIP 20. This software will be available October or November. A new E60 allways gets the current, newest software! If your MY06 will have it from factory depends on the CIP release. Currently they don't know if it will be October or November, but this year!
MP3 will also only be available on the in-dash CD slot. Not on the DVD slot nor on the CD changer.

Good ole, Ice. I bet you even dream about the MP3 since you've had to comment on it hundreds of times.
In the above bulletin, it mentions that Mp3 will be available for the in dash CD players (with NAV) starting in October. Maybe that's all software dependent? Maybe I'll just order a September car (MY 2006) and get a software update later.
