Had the same prob
Had the same problem a few months back. For a few days the 3 button reboot worked fine but after a while it' just never came back on I eventually had to get a new ccc

You can try updating its software or trying the regenerate the BOOT IMAGE, but this should be done by someone who is familiar with the procedure. It can be started from INPA, but it takes a long period of time, 20-30min and it must NOT be interrupted.
