Hi,

I recently got and software update, now the I drive screen shows a "TI" simple without quotes, however, I do not see any arrows displaying traffic information on the map. Any ideas? Below is the vehicle information.

If you move left and click on the triangle, that should take you to the traffic info screen to see if there are alerts. Maybe none are on your route. Or you can use voice and say "traffic info".

 

Did you have traffic information working before the upgrade?

 

No, but the traffic info was always ticked in the I-drive option. Before it did not show the "TI" simple on the bottom of the screen now it does and still it shows no arrows where it indicates traffic. When I call-up voice and ask for "traffic info", the screen shows "transferring messages..." I waited for 5 mins and it still shows("transferring messages...").
