CIP 31.2
I brought my ride into the dealer with "tranny-slam" issues. Mine happened when shifting from 1st to 2nd after down shifting to first (e.g. rolling stop-- we do that a lot here in Cali.... 
). Pretty bad. The deal had no issues with my complaint and stated that they'd look at a CIP upgrade. They did it with now questions asked. I went from 24.x to 31.2.
I have to say that since the CIP upgrade to 31.2, I have not experienced tranny-slam at all (it's been 2.5 months now and I used to experience it daily, even w/ the tranny reset trick).
