My Ride: 2004 545i Silver Grey Premium Package, Sport Package, Dynamic Driving Package

the one I am looking at was born in Oct 2003. I doubt it has BT, and to retrofit it, I assume it's big $$??

The TCU was not upgraded to be bluetooth compatible until the March 04 builds. So unless it was changed along the way, you're right about bluetooth.

I've been around this board for a while. The early-build E60s were especially problematic, and Oct 2003 would have been only the second month of production.
