About 80% of the time when I put my key in and turn it, the steering wheel will move into position and vibrate like crazy when doing it. When it first starting doing it, I thought it had something to do with the engine cranking, so I just turned the key enough to turn on the accessories and when the steering wheel moves down into position, it still does it.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

To me it seems that it might be the gears/motor in the steering column that moves the steering wheel up and down, its something in the steering column take the plastic covers off and inspect for any visible damage
