my cars build date is 2 years old i had the car new 2 years in sept, the i drive is asking for brake fluid, any one know what this costs and is it a must do

 

I took my E-60 in to have the snows removed, and my tech said you need a Brake fluid flush do you have time ?

I said sure but didn't know about brake fluid change evey 2 years.
He did it no cost to me , got to love this free service.

hi, this is not covered under warranty in the UK no matter what mileage the car is. I think only if you have the 5yr maintance and service plan.

Mine is 2yrs old, and it had the brake fluid changed along with an oil change earlier this week. The brake fluid change cost ?98inc vat and labour.

It is a must-do. The brake fluid absorbs moisture over time and will affect braking performance if not done, regardless of the mileage...

 

It costs around 120 ? here in Portugal.
Took mine to the brake oil service last month.
