All set to purchase 19x9, 19x10 Breyton Magic Racing 3 piece on Bridgestone S-03 Poles for my 545 Sport, but I'm really concerned about driving without the run flats. You guys who have flipped to 19":

1. are you concerned about having to use the donut rather than being able to drive away on the run flats?
2. any trouble resetting FTM after the tire change?
3. anything else to be concerned with?
