Servus rumman!

I have checked your ride out many times already -- its my main source of inspiration
Love that night-time pic on the pavement -- looks very stealth

Thanks for the feedback on the tyres and ET values. I know it probably looks better with spacers, but I will fit mine without. I am already happy with the fit of my M135s and the 19s would be same fitting (ET20).

The 19" winter set-up is a must have for me now -- as you rightly point out above, why compromise / be not happy with the look of your ride for approx 4 months out of the year!

...hold on! you can't compare your 18" et 20 with the 19" et 20, because the 18" is always 8" whereas the 19" is always 8,5". However, nothing bad. it only means your 19" will look like you have additional 6mm spacers on them compared to te 18"...

SalesAfter.de sells the M166 8.5x19 wheels for 405 ? a piece, but the ET is 12 (does not work rear).
i have exactly this setup for winter - 166 8,5" with et 12 in winter for the rear wheels - they work perfectly, in fact, there is so much space, i have gone ahead and put 10 mm spacers (see pics below)...

@xBMWx
btw - excellent decision you have made - if you get 6 cyl diesel, it has to be something with a SAT. alternatively, only the 520d makes sense - it is either or, nothing in between
