In Ireland it seems that here is, after all, somekind of traffic control! I got week ago 80,-? fixed penalty for driving 93 mph in 60 mph road. Although he was talking something about arresting me (endangering driving), but after some father like "toolbox talk" he gave fine and let me go.

OK it was stupid (night and -1C) but... hurry, hurry was terrible.

Easy, just take both hands off the wheel hold the camera up to the dash and click!

Yep. And have AC/DC's "highway to hell" playing on the stereo.

Or... Let your passenger take the pic for you.

Traffic is a lot quicker in Europe. When new roads are designed, flow through speeds are a major factor. Driving tests are a lot more difficult to pass and actually teaches people to drive. The legal driving age in most countries is 18.
There are fines for driving too slow and driving in the fast lane when not overtaking. (The UK excepted, traffic is more like America here).
When driving 200 kph you are still required to look in your inside mirror every three seconds and move over for faster traffic. It is considered anti-social behaviour to be in the wrong lane.

Actually even worse than that. You are only allowed to stay in the fast lane as long as you are overtaking. Let's say there is nobody behind you, and you just passed a car, the next car to overtake is about 300 metres ahead... You have to clear the fast lane for those 300 metres, you're not allowed to stay in the fast lane...

Man I wish it is half as good as it is in Europe in the US... I swear people CANNOT drive in the states... maybe 0.1% can drive properly and thats it.
