124 wheels size 19" ?

Hi members!
This morning I saw a 7series with 124 wheels! I asked myself "Mhhh.. 18 and they don't seem too small for a 7er.. Let me see the size of the tire..." : 245/x R19!! (front)

Does BMW equip the 7er with bigger 124 ?
I can't believe it was a replica! I confess I slept 5 hrs this night, but I was quite sure I was reading "19" .

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
There are no 19" OEM 124's.
