Hahahahaha... good one good one.

Has anyone else had any problems like this with their runflats so soon? Can anyone share any info about their experience if you have gone through this?

I would take the position that it doesn't matter whether others have this problem. Any tire mechanic or company will tell you that a bubble in the sidewall requires immediate replacement. That should not happen in a brand new tire, and is indicative of a likely manufacturing defect. I bet they will replace it without asking any questions.

You don't need our help. Just call the dealer and ask them to have it replaced. I am surprised bubble happened on a RFT though.

No cost probably not unless you have wheel/tire insurance. I would continue driving it until FTM starts complaining. Be ready to pay between $330 and $500 for a replacement tire.
DO NOT EVER DRIVE ON A TYRE WITH A DAMAGED SIDEWALL.

Unless you want to risk your life and other road users in a high speed blow out.

Get it changed and THEN argue with the dealer.

I just had the same thing happen to me but only after 12000 miles.

I called Bridgestone and the dealer and without even looking they said that I must have hit a pothole but they will check it out once they have the faulty tyre.

I still have not heard from them 2 months later after replacing the tyre.

We are talking RFT tires here. I had a cut on my front left Bridgestone and drove about 200 miles until it finally failed. RFT showed the warning and I had the tire replaced. Did not gain much but did not risk much either.
