Everything in the front is aluminum including your frame , I was in a similar situation, whatever you do do not buy ebay fake fender get OEM as it won't line up right. I got mine from here BMW Parts - Call (800) 734-0782 for New Genuine BMW Parts and Accessories - Save Money real oem stuff and they are a bit cheaper than going to the dealer. If your frame is bent in the front though that is going to take some work to get it back to how it was, and for the bumper get one online an m5 replica or something so atleast it will look better. Good luck man!

Edit: you will also need these, just by looking at the picture I can tell you from experience : 51717183107 , 51647163462 , 51647033745 and possible other things on this page http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...77&hg=41&fg=10.

Unless part numbers have changed, the replacement OEM fender from the body shop for my 08 535i was #44357111429. Not a replica but the original stock fender. Price was over $540 in 2010. They booked $150 to install and paint it.
Insurance paid 100% so have no reference if it was too expensive. Work was pristine.

I have my original 550i front bumper and still have two fenders from when I put the wider M5 fenders on. Feel free to PM me if you want and we can work out a deal.

The kid who hit me appeared high and tried to illegally pass in the middle of a heavy snow storm. I talked with Geico on the phone for about an hour. I could tell the woman was sympathetic but had to follow Geico's profit maximizing guidelines. She ended up hanging up on me.
