I notice that this is already being "sold-on" on ebay.
Can anyone tell me if the territorial coverage has been expanded (eg Poland, Hungary, Slovenia) and is it still a single layer DVD (less than 4.7GiB/4.38G
[07-1 was very close to this "limit"...].

That answers one of my questions. Given no new territories, I can guess the other answer.
