My Ride: '04 545iS 6 spd, bought new via eBay, 11/05; Blk/Gry, Cold, L7, PDC, BMW Rear seatcover for pets. First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.

The WSJ reported today in an article on how to search and purchase a used luxury car that used 525s have risen in price. (It's one of its most emailed articles, I'll list its link, but I think you need to be a subscriber).

I will however, offer the exact quote: " The 2005 BMW 525i, for instance, actually gained $1,005 in value from its new price in 2005 to its used value in 2006, according to Kelley Blue Book."

I would love to know what the value of my 545 did with the 6-months-early intro of the 07 models.
