While I'm not saying it isn't a sports package, can't anyone just add those options individually?
Comfort/Sport seats
Shadow trim can be modded
Wheels could be added
So only way to be sure is to look at the cars build sheet?

Comfort seats are 20 way adjustable where the sport seats only have lumbar and the leg support. Have the dealer decode the VIN. The sport package will have shadowline trim, lowered suspension, active stearing, 18" 124's I would say that you have the the sport package. The only true way to know is to have the bmw build sheet. Nice car
