Default Question Climate Control Unit HVAC/IKHA not powering on/ Blower constantly running

Just Picked up a 2002 525i Touring, Manual, and trying to make her pretty and functional again. HVAC Controls do not respond/ nothing on the display and only have the backlight when the headlights are on. The previous owner, of which has receipts and records for absolutely everything since purchase said that the blower started staying on a while back, and being in SoCal. There really was no urgency to get it fixed so a shop pulled fuse #9 to get the blower to stop and killing his battery which has now been replaced. I've done my research here, other forums, youtube, uncle Google etc, and wanted to see if anyone has any other ideas. I have not been able to track down any relays associated with anything that makes sense other that purchasing a new FSU/Hedgehog/blower relay and throwing that in. After connecting the new FSU, and replacing the #9 relay, blower kicks back on but nothing from the HVAC controls. Im about to purchase a new HVAC controller unless anyone has any other ideas. Thank you!

I had to replace my blower. I heard its common to fail. I also had the option of just replacing the blower regulator, but they said if that was not it, they'd have to charge me to go back in there so is best to do both.
