Hahahah think about it, the grey interior goes very well with the CF trim

I didn't say specifically high-gloss black, but I actually meant it under "custom".
I think it will be just gorgeous:

But... whatever rocks your boat!

Krozi, don't you think that interior CF wrap is a little played out by now?
I mean take any, really any, modded 3-series on the street, and chances are it will have some type of CF-wrap inside..
Nothing wrong with it if it fits the overall concept, but IMHO this car here goes the OEM+ route and gloss black just fits it much better.

Yea I agree with you on that...the CF wrap, although it will look good, won't really go with the whole OEM theme...

I think either gloss black or CF would look very good

It will look

PS I also agree that CF is becoming the go-to interior trim. Not a lot of people realize yet that when you're doing an interior wrap, CF is far from the only option. It will get diluted by alternatives eventually though IMHO

Specifically on the E39 I have seen pics of custom-made interior trim with some special graphics which look amazing, much more sophisticated than vinyl, however trendy its design may be.

For example pages 4 and 5 here:

Or this pic:

And now... I will stop threadjacking!

I like the high-gloss black interior trim. Just ordered some new parts..

Homelink and the last sunblinds for the windows.
