Tell me about it! It was surreal seeing it come down in front of me! Just lucky it landed across and not end to end. There were no holes in the windshield. They call it safety glass for a reason.

Estimate came in at $6200. Book value was rated somewhere around $5800. Of course, having the car in pristine condition and operational was priceless. It broke my heart to have to total it. I'm sure I'll be over it soon, though.

Damn man, quite unfortunate. MMMM yea totaled from an insurance point of view. The damage is bad but not irreparable (if you are willing). Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy your new E60.
