SRS LIGHT!

My SRS light just came on right after I hit a pot hole. It flashes untill I drive the car dor about ten minutes and the stays on after that. My friends shop tried to read the codes and it came up SRA Fuse,Relay. Now the fuel relay is in the control module. I want to see if anyone else has input on this before a spend the money on that. My friend will not rip me off. I get parts for cost so im not worried about someone taking advantage of me to make money. ANY THOUGHTS?

Yeah my other bmw 1990 525i had that problem when i unhooked the steering wheel and then it came on. now i have the battery light on the Gage cluster and then i swapted the engines from one bmw to my 1989 525i and i dont have the srs light on you can always take the bulb out.. thats what i tryed to do.

Find a good independent Airbag Service/Repair shop in your area. I had the same problem last month when I opened my driver side door trim and left the side airbag module unplugged. It cost around $50-80.That fault may or may not have deactivated your airbags, so get it fix ASAP for your safety.
