AC issues

Upgrades:
550i M style body kit and rims, M-tech V2 angel eyes,
RPI free flow exhaust
RPI scoop & filter
M-tech blue white fog lights.
Stock: Sound package, 20 way lumbar seats, adaptive headlights, active sports steering stabilizer control, all the goodies.
AC issues
I have a 530i with a V8 and I swear the AC system is possessed by the devil. The AC compressor only kicks on when I put the settings on Max. When I put on low or hit the throttle, the compressor starts cutting on and off as if it were low on freon.
I've replaced the drier, the pressure temp switch and the schrader valves. There are no leaks and pressure is normal. Does anyone have any other guesses and please don't say the condenser because I am not going to gut my car to get to that thing!
