I know of a shop in Dallas that might be able to do this. They have the equipment, but they might not have the proper coding. I'll have to check and see what I can find out.

I guess no coders in the Toronto area, heck I will even drive to Ottawa or Hamilton/London if I have to 
Any coding can be done my car will be awesome.
I will also try to buy the interface and I have a laptop, so I can have someone perhaps do it remotely?
