Am in the midst of retro fitting a homelink mirror, the ASAP I have says I need to splice three wires, two of which I have located in a bundle behind the glovebox (brown black stripe and blue green stripe), but I cannot find a green and white wire that is my third splice. There is green with yellow stripe there is white with green, but no green with white that matches the one in the retro harness.... (35mm) Any idea where I could find this wire, or a wiring diagram that might point me in the right direction

GR/WS is NOT green and white. It is Grey and White!!!! Mebbe that's why u cant find it???

RT Red
SW Black
BL Blue
WS White

Thanks to Ricky1329 and the wiing diagram, and brabus i was able to locate the "missing wire" (which was GN/WS by the way). Contrary to the ASAP I was given with the parts, I ended up routing everything the the Drivers side footwell where I found all three wires in about 4 minutes.

So finished up today(projct was to retro in a rearview mirror with homelink etc into E60 with standard mirror) and all functions work (homelink/compass/alarm light and autodim).

Will be posting a DIY soon with plenty of pics.

 

Excuse my ignorance but what is homelink pls??
