Where can I find the "Repair Instructions" of BMW Tehc Service

Hi !
Seems that my diversity antenna is having problems according to GT1 diag & a related technical service bulletin (http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/bulletins/...p/B660608g.htm).
Does anybody knows where the Repair Instruction of Technical Service Bulletins can be found ? ("RA 51 71 412" in my case)

Any chance you could post RA 51 71 412? I'm having possible diversity antenna issues and would like to inspect the area for water damage prior to making a trip to the dealer. I'm still coveredunder warranty, but the trip over there and loaner process is a hassle. I'd rather not go unless I HAVE to
