Was wondering if you guys had any info on this. I got new wheels and now the idrive is saying I have a flat tire but I don't. Is there anyway I can fix/reset this?

do you have ftm's or tpm's? if you have a 2008+ e60 you would have tpm's. If this is the case I hope you installed the tpm;s into your new wheels. if you have ftm's, I think it is just the vavle cap that needs to be put onto the new wheels. After that as stated above, reset the the tpm or ftm systme via iDrive (you have to drive around for awhile to actually reset them, otherwise if you stay parked the screen will stay on "initializing" or "reseting" (forgot what it the display actually says)

you can manually reset through the idrive, it usually needs to be reset when getting a new set or even when just replacing tires. just make sure though to double check the air pressure in every tire to make sure youre not having a slow leak or anything.
