Sorry to hijack someone else's picture, but it was perfect...

Does anyone know if the metal core panel that the hood safety latch goes through is ferrous and can attract magnets?

thats is a weird question?? dont you have any magnets on the fridge to find out yourself?

I'm sitting in my office right now, and believe it or not, cannot find a single magnet. Was planning to buy some on the way home, but thought someone might know.
