Just got this done.

For anyone else wanting to do this its not hard, but you do have to drill out 4 rivets. The rest are just nuts that need to be removed, and they arent on there all that hard. The rivets hold on the headlight mounting brackets, they are sandwiched between the carrier and the engine mount rails. They really dont need to be riveted back on because once you put the new carrier on, the pressure holds the plates on just fine. Use a faily large drill to drill off the rivet head and it will simple fall right off allowing you to slide the carrier off.

Also, disconnect the battery before any work, there are two airbag accelerometers on the carrier and its just safe to cut all the juice before removing them.

Almost forgot, the pass side headlight washer needs to be disocnnected as well, because the fluid hose is run though the carrier. A small clip will alllow the hose to pop off the washer. Be ready with many towels. When you route the hose back through the new carrier, use a wire to help guide the hose through the carrier, there is one small area where it gets hung up, so the wire helps.
