Hello.
The new car warrentee expired last month which means its time for some DIY maintenance. I have a couple quick questions:
1) Is there a way to reset the maintenance time frame without the 15k equipment the dealer has? I could use the peake reader for the ole E38 and E36 but of course these have more complexity.
2) What is the best way to research a topic on the forum? I can see the search option which makes sense. I also thought I would ask to see if there was a standing resource similar to the e38.org I used for the 7.
I look forward to doing more with the car. I'm getting married in 6 months so no serious mods here but I do like the idea of keeping the 5 running like a BMW with some good quality maintenance. Thanks for your time and expertise.
