My Ride: BMW E61 530D touring 2004, black metallic, 18" Wheels, 245-40 18 tyres, heated front leather grey confort seats, profissional nav system, PDC, panoramic Sunroof, directional bi-xenon lights, auto dim mirrors, rain sensor, run on flat tyres, normal radio, voice command system, 6 manual gearbox, light package, wood inserts, rear windows sun protections, etc...
Hi, can someone please help me? I need to access the engine number on my e61 530d 1994! Does anyone knows where can I find it and how?

Not sure about the diesels but the engine number (or block casting number in BMW terms) is located on the right hand side above the coolant draining bolt.
