just my 2 cents here...

A lot of info here on how to do this but i think it makes it seem much harder than it is. These modules are fully self-contained they only need power. There is no connection to any of the canbus networks or anything like that. Place them in the door, get power to them - done.

If thats the case, I would like to know detailed info and if someone has a good DIY thats easy it would be awesome. I always wanted this mod and almost traded my car in for things like this. Cost seems good, Just need some detailed instructions and illustrations.

How about for the trunk? My understanding is that the trunk can be closed via remote if coded properly... But I would think the would require wiring.

Do you by any chance have spare part numbers for the connectors in the door (MPQ male/female and PQL male/female)
