Actually, as Vlad knows, I left to take my wife to see a ballroom dancing show on Broadway called "Burn the Floor". Vlad, aren't't you taking Sasha there bro?
I am far too klutzy to ballroom dance myself. In law school, I once dated a woman who was a ballroom dancer. She tried to teach me some steps but I couldn't pick them up. Not surprisingly, we did not go out for long.

Hey, as long as you hit home, that's all that matters.

You just g'head and get it opened and we'll see about them turbo- and superchargers as it goes along
If I know you as well as I think I do, you'll prolly have a bootleg wind tunnel put up in the back yard by the second week you're there

Wow, you do know me pretty well. LOL. I'd rather road tune than dyno tune. Road tuning is a lot more accurate. Get A/F logs, hp and tq curves, temp and ambient temp, etc etc and you can fine tune it better than on a dyno but it's REALLY hard to road tune in the US.

My new LED's are on the way for my angel eyes. Which part on the back of that headlight is the angel eye bulb?
That's behind the circular cover part of the headlight. Underneath the high beam bulb.

I just purchased a HID kit for my 06 525xi, with stock halogens . Any advice how where to mount the ballast? Also would the process be same as in this DIY? removal of the headlight is the only/easiest way? Would the install be different in my case with halogens as my stock bulb?

This is a really easy DIY, actually. I've done this for countless members and it just gets easier each time. Once you get the hang of it, it's a snap.
