I retrofitted professional navigation into my 2005 525, when I first installed the CCC it worked and the nav would speak directions in english to me. After coding the car (NCSexpert)to get the other options working (ipod, correct amp, etc) i lost nav voice directions. The strange thing is that if I select french under text language in idrive it will start speaking french until i shut off and restart the car. If I select english after french it still speaks french! I've read through my CAPPL .trc file 100s of times and can not see for the life of me what is wrong. This is driving me crazy and is the next to the last step to having this job 100% perfect. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed! For EU (DE, CH, AT) CCC's in US cars, coding the CAPPL after adding $609 changes 'englisch' to 'us' - there is no such voice file in a European CCC, so 'us' means nothing to it. Change us to englisch and get rid of spanisch and change it back to deutsch.
