need help: removing diffuser on M-tech bumper

hi guys,
im just wondering whether it is do able to remove the diffuser off the M-tech bumper without uninstalling the whole bumper? the rear bumper has been on my car for about a year, and now im putting aftermarket quad diffuser on the car, but first i need to remove the original m-tech ones.
i tried to search but couldn't seem to find anything on this.

Standard Equipment: Bi-Xenon Adaptive Headlights, PDC, Airbags all Around, Folding Mirrors, Active Steering, Extended Lights Package, Aluminium/Black Interior, Heated Black Dakota Leather Comfort Seats, Folding Rear Seats w/Ski Bag, Logic7Audio, Car Key Memory.
Retrofitted: ///M Tech Aero Kit, ///M Tech Wing Mirrors, ///M5-Forged Wheels, G-Power Quad Exhaust.
sorry, to remove the diffuser you have to uninstall the bumper.
(1/2 hour to uninstall, it?s really easy)
do you need TIS pictures ?

i only found pictures from the standard bumper, but both are equal.
