Need a DIY guide on converting a normal E60 front bumper cover to an M

Let me know if there are strings that cover this. I know there'll be a slight gap on each side but want to know if there are steps to minimize the gaps and make it look as cleasn as possible. Also, what do you do about the left and right fog light areas.

ditch the fog lights, M models use those spaces for add'l air to the brakes. No way to mount fogs unless you make a custom fog light housing on the M bumper. Not sure about actual install of the bumper, if it's anything similar to the M-tech bumper, there are a few threads on that. That might be a good place to start.

ditch the fogs i agree i have no fogs and it looks fantastic!
