Is the standard audio really crap then?
I get my car tomorrow so i guess i'll see then, maybe I'll be replacing the drivers with some Focal Units, they are the best sounding IMO.

If you don't mind playing your favorite music in the background, than... well... yeh, it's O.K.
But if you crank it up, halfway it sounds like an AM station with bad reception.
Now with the woofers installed there is at last a decent bass all the way up.
I'm waiting impatiently to install the other speakers so i can enjoy of a good sound.

You can begin with replacing the woofers and hear (feel) the difference, really a must.

Just remember that all cross over processing is being done at the HU itself. So if you have the EU Standard set-up then you may not have a LOW freq feed to drive the subs and you'll be driving them via a mid-bass freq feed.
This also hold true for those thinking that the sub in the rear will give them a full range feed to drive all speakers - no it won't.

By setting the Amp. at 75 Hz and Low-pass, the woofers get a pretty low sound.
I'm not that tech. but doesn't the filtering cut out the "unwanted" ranges (e.g. high and/or mid)?

Filtering does cut out the unwanted freq and its absolutely fine in your install because you are using the low feed to drive the amp which drives the sub woofers. My advice was for people who were planning to use the low feed to drive and amp and then hope to drive all the speakers from that feed. Or those who don't have the hi-fi option and then using one of the speaker feeds and then hope to drive the woofers, it wont happen because the HU is doing the crossovers and no feed is full range.
