Cold Start. always in the first 1-2 minutes then it goes away.

Now I am making another video PART II (car running)
I looked at your other vids, and saw this one:
http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=jJ7ptk_1jmI&feature=userwith the following description:

BMW 545i Engine Ticking Noise
To repair it at BMW dealer will cost me about $7000!!!
Is there any chance to fix alot cheaper? or just sell the car as is?
Will it damage the motor?
This is the same ticking noise I heard in your intake videos.
Does this mean that you never had it fixed?

Yes I fixed it. There is an old tread I made. It was due a bad spark plug. (the #7). then it goes away when the war is warm up.

Any modifications with the intake part II since the last pics?

Here is the car running after the warm up... no cranking/ticking.

Hang on, your potential $7K problem was a bad plug????
And now back to the air intake thread....

No, the dealer quoted me $7K for the fix (they said to change the lifters, timing, sparkplugs, inyectors, bla bla)... Of course I declined then I DIY myself and found the bad plug and replaced it. So it is gone but the ticking is still on when the car is cold then in 1 to 10 mins it goes away.

The Dealer sucks! I am glad not paying $7K
