Very ingenious M ! I like your efforts. I didn't even think about the tap on the other side of the car - anyone know if this is where Dinan also make the 2nd air port ?

From what I can see from the pics, there is a slight flaw however with this setup (2nd air port) due to the AFE. There is not enough suction imo coming from the AFE to create low pressure and get a dynamic airflow going. The 2nd air port needs your homemade air scoop at least to send air by means of ram towards the AFE. I would try this.

This would be an interesting mod to an enclosed air filter (stock) - like the DINAN.

good effort - it has given me some (homemade) ideas to see if the stock could be modified ala DINAN style.

Thank you Andy

I am pretty sure that Dinan buy that M5 air duct then make it as apart of the kit. Because it looks same.

Yes, I already making the Scoops DUAL SCOOPS!!! Yeah, angled to 90 degrees.

About the enclosed box... I think you need to drill a hole for the second input. I think it can be done easily . About the reverse, just put the tap on the Stock enclosed.

Please share your ideas here too!!

One idea becomes many ideas!

Very interesting Miguel ... I noticed a clicking/clanking sound when your engine was running. This was apparent in both instances. I don't hear that on mine, and was wondering why it was happening on yours.

Btw, the difference is sound is certainly noticeable with the 2nd-intake.

Cold Start. always in the first 1-2 minutes then it goes away.

Now I am making another video PART II (car running)
