I am installing the M5 MTech replica bumper kit that I purchased from Umnitza and I have a few questions to assist me in completing this project. I have searched through the forums and read the BMW Installation instructions, but I still have a few questions yet to be answered. Thank you.
1. For the rear bumper, do I need to replace the bumper mount brackets?
2. Do I need to replace the battery back cover?
3. Would the rear PDC sensor housing work, or do I have to use the ones provided.
4. For the front, I need to replace the brake air ducts?
5. Do I also need to replace the fender liner?
6. Is there anything else I need to replace?

3. See how they fit, replace accordingly
4. Yes
5. No, no need to replace, but you need to cut it (see M tech installation guide)
6. There is a list of parts in M tech installation guide that tells you what parts you need to replace. There quite a few pars.
NOTHING needs to be replaced, what are you talking about? Both front and rear bumper is 99.9% direct fit. For the front bumper you may need to remove (take off) the padding. Other than that both bumpers installs securely into your existing brackets.
