Hi Everyone,
I have installed OEM M5 Mirrors and European Window module (w/ autofold button) on a US 2007 550i. Everything works - puddle lights, memory, adjustments, auto-dimming. The only thing is that mirrors don't fold when I press the auto-fold button. Has anyone done this to a US E60 with the autofold working. Do I need to bring it to the dealer to have it programmed? Thanks for your help..

Good luck man, I've been trying to do this forever. I had the european modules from an M5 and still didn't work.

One guy was able to do it but I dont think he's on the forum anymore. I followed his steps but didnt' work. =/

You not only need the window buttons, you need two door modules too. So 3 parts altogether, did you get them?

are these modules inside the m5 mirrors themselves or in the door panel?

i am patiently awaiting delivery of M5 mirrors, but seller isn't sure if has the auto fold feature. my current mirros do auto fold, does that mean i have the auto fold modules that will work with the m5 mirrors?

Hi! What 3 parts do you think I need? I already have the drivers side window module(european version) that has the button to fold. What other parts do I need to get? Thanks for your help.
