I have a 545i sport with the 18 inch style 124 wheels. Can style 124 wheels clear the M5/M6 brakes?

18" wheels should not enough spacing for M5 brakes.

To answer some questions, these are all that I used for the M5 retrofit:
Attachment 27116Attachment 27117
Attachment 27118 Attachment 27119
2 Front Rotors
2 Calipers with Brake Pads

PM quad_m for availability/pricing if interested .
I'm curious about the prices on the M5 rotors and pads. Looking to do this DIY soon also.
