i know its an old post, would M5 brakes bolt on to 06 530i?

hi guys, as you know i bought the front and rear m5 brakes, my questions was do we need to do anything to the master cylinder? how does it compensate for larger pistons?
also the rear brakes, DOes my 530i have the same ebrake system? where its seperate from the caliper?

I have a 545i sport with the 18 inch style 124 wheels. Can style 124 wheels clear the M5/M6 brakes?

18" wheels should not enough spacing for M5 brakes.
