I have just askd my dealer and said he is no willing to proceed with the installation of the cluster because it doesnt belong to the chassis of my car

I just got one too. Everything works except the transmission fault (and the other stuff in the service section).

The consumption gauge is not working when in neutral, you have to ride the car to confirm.
Nick, confirm that I have well understood ... If I buy it as new, by the dealer, will it work perfectly ?
kms, gauges, needles ...
Would I lose instant consumption function and would I gain the oli temp gauge, right ?
(but in the secret men? there is all data of the car, as you should know)

BMW Cyprus tried to install the M5 cluster on my car yesterday with no success. They said it cannot be installed because the car doesnt accept it. Can anyone confirm that?
Yesterday the technician at the dealer told me the same thing .
Maybe Andy has found someone in Germany who could do it .
For me it's difficult to go to Germany, for you is impossible .
If in the future you will want to sell it ... I'm here, if Andy, as he says, will discover the way to go .
Bye and sorry!
