Although this thread has been dead (and resurrected again and again), you're question can't be answered without more information about your car and it's transmission. If I were you, I'd post a new question on the board asking it again but include the missing details and someone will likely get you an answer...

Doesn't anyone else find it ironic that this thread was resurrected again on Easter Sunday? (or at least Easter Sunday for much of the world...)

(Oh yeah, and buddy, you have to work on at least spelling my name right! )

I am new on this forum, my question is about the fuel performance of car, I have 525i 2006 station wagon.. I just done the trip to Italy .. the journey computer showed me 1643 KM fuel efficiency 10.1 Litre/100KM approx 23.2 MPG (miles/gallon(US).. the drive was 90% highways 10% City & traffic jams..
What do think is it a good fuel efficiency.. I thought it was bad. What can I do to improve the fuel efficiency.. Tuning? changes? etc

Should this thread be closed or deleted ?? It serves nothing to forum member other than misleading them to add new questions to this thread....

Does BMW publish a chart showing the wheel lug torque specs for various BMW models - ie 740 and 535xi? Thanks.

Thanks, Rudy. I tried searching torque; lugs; wheels; and more but just couldn't find this thread. Appreciate it.

Hi, I really hope you can help me... this may be a little bit technical/engine related!

I have an E61 Touring 530d, when i bought it, it was running beautifully. Recently, it has been running roughly / not accelerating past 3k rpm! It is like it is running in limp mode for some reason.

I have tried unplugging the MAF sensor on the say so of Google'd responses, but to no avail.

If you need any more info, please just ask.

Many Thanks in advance!

Tom.
