How to replace the Spark Plug # 4 on 545i
Did this today. Wasn't as bad as I thought. Took me 3 hours all and all, start to finish, and I've never done this before. I was mentally preparing for at least a 5 hour ordeal. Coils came out with no problems. I had a little trouble with the #8 (driver side) plug, but I did driver's side first, but then once I figured out the combination of extensions and flex joint that worked it was all a breeze. The 5/8" spark plug socket --> Flex joint (3/8") --> 3" extension (3/8") --> Flex joint (3/8"). Plug that into whatever wrech you're using and you're good to go. Of course you still gotta move some shit out of the way, as mentioned in the diy.
After many users ask how to replace the spark plugs on 545i as DIY. I decided to make this.

I have replaced 1-3, may skip #4, install 5-7 and save 4&8 till I gt the correct extension or tool

The Bentley doesn't mention how tight the coils in the back are.
