How to remove sun visors

My Ride: 2008 528 XI , debadged, roof spoiler, trunk lip spoiler, 19" Mirro M6 wheels
I want to remove the sun visors so i can take that nasty yellow sticker off them but i am not sure how to remove them and i really dont want to start digging away at the mouldings with a screw driver in the hopes of figuring it out, anyone know how to do this?
