just to let you mesh grill fans know, im in the process of making my own custom mesh grills for the kidneys and bumper inserts. i fellow e60.net member was nice enough to send me his lower grills so i could see how they are made. i purchased a sheet of automotive mesh material and a set of used kidneys. ill have a nice project ahead of me for the spring. ill post pics when its complete. wish me luck
