I got my door seals replaces last week, so they are quiet for now. I had used 303 Aerospace Protectant before that greatly reduced the noises.

I got my door seals replaced not too long ago, before my warranty expired. I'll give this a try when the noise starts coming back. Thanks Ping

The Vaseline will knacker your seals in the long run. It will cause the material to perish and fail.
I had this noise with mine and its only 3 months old. The dealer solved it immediately by cleaning the seals.
Apparently I had used a cleaning product with silicone in it and that had caused a build up on the seal that rubbed on the frame.
Whatever he did it worked and the car is now silent. If the noise comes back I know to just clean the seal with a silicone remover.
