I think John/Brabus has the replacement headlight in the group buy forum for the halogen headlight model...then someone here posted a diagram on how to run the wire to get the ring to light up when you unlock the doors but I think the first mod you should consider is to replace the headlight.

In the day time, you can't see it for crap. And it's dim enough that when you have the low beams on, you can't even tell it's on at night. Of course, unfortunately, it's only visible at night, but not like you can drive without low beams at night, lol.

Or get Orion v2s like I have. A few members on this board has it. It's not easy to install, but it's the best angel eyes you can get for pre-lci halogen OR xenon.
